“Chad from Pure Maintenance came out to install the MAKInline™ 9" an indoor purifier that actively distributes Energized Hydrogen Peroxide (EHP) molecules into the air and onto surfaces to reduce bacteria, viruses, molds, mildew, fungi, VOC’s (which cause odors) and other contaminants. However prior to having the device installed, it was noted that an adapter needed to be ordered for the MAK 9 probe to work properly since my home had round ducting and it wasn't previously caught during the initial consultation. Due to this issue the company also hired an electrician at their own expense to wire-in a new breaker and run an outlet to the attic for the unit to plugin to which was very much appreciated since they could have just cancelled the request for installation all together. Since the installation, I have had no issues with odor or my air quality. The service Pure Maintenance gave me during this process was top notch and very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Thank you”

“I don’t really know where to start. Upon visual inspection by my plumbers….they knew my family was in a dire situation with black mold under our home. We contacted Pure Maintenance and they were here the next day. We were dumbfounded with what they found. It was not only under our house….it was also in our house! Randy was here well over three hours educating and talking with us about the processes they go through to get us into a “healthy home”. This was on a Wednesday afternoon.
