After doing a thorough inspection, he sat down with me at my dining room table and explained that the issue wasn’t just mold it was a foundation problem that needed to be addressed first. Even though Pure Air doesn’t do foundation work, Randy went out of his way to connect me with a reputable company that also came out and did a free evaluation. We ended up hiring that company to take care of the structural work, and once that’s complete, Randy will be returning to handle the mold remediation.
